"The Great Silk Road" Center of Expert Analysis (GSR) is an independent center of expertise. The Centre of Expert Analysis provides in-depth analysis of the forces shaping the policies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of China, the People's Republic of China, Georgia, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Turkey, the Russian Federation, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States on the East-West and North-South trade corridors, as well as political and economic recommendations that authoritatively inform and significantly shape the debate in these countries.

The purpose of the GSR is to provide a platform for expert cooperation to increase awareness, understanding, and knowledge of the countries along the Renewed Silk Road and its global implications, and to promote collaboration for the sustainable development of all countries along the Renewed Silk Road and the coherent development of the East-West and North-South Corridor countries in a global context. GSR topics include financial and political climate change and its implications, resources, logistics, energy corridors and economic cooperation, policy-making, and legislation in the countries.
